If a wooden house is insulated, then waterproofing is carried out outside and vapor barrier from the inside.
The floors in the house usually make up two parts: black and finish. A dense layer of expanded clay is poured onto the draft floor, and then only the concrete is poured or well -selected trimming boards are poured. There should not be any cracks and holes in the wooden floor. And the concrete floor can be additionally equipped with a “warm floor” system and adjust the temperature, creating the most comfortable for master’s legs.
